Ra Wormates Privacy Policy

What we collect

Ra Wormates creates a game account and stores a nickname, an internal account identifier, hashed session and recovery credentials, optional Google Play Games identity, scores, progression, coins, owned characters, and related timestamps. The service may also process IP address, connection and app version information, platform/protocol information, and limited security and performance logs. Product analytics record pseudonymous session and match events, play-again choices, collected power types, journey outcomes, head-duel reason/advantage buckets, replay outcomes, retry latency, crown time, Divine Pact selection/activation, and aggregate arena-event participation/outcome buckets. The account profile also stores the selected free Pact, earned Pharaoh chests and seasonal crown counters. Analytics do not store nicknames, raw account identifiers, IP addresses or duel coordinates. Game settings are stored locally on the device.

Why we use it

We use this data to provide multiplayer play, restore accounts, synchronize progression, show leaderboards, prevent abuse, secure the service, diagnose reliability issues, and understand aggregate retention and gameplay balance.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by hosting providers, Google Play Games when the player links it, and the advertising providers described below. Account records remain while the account is active. Deleting the account removes its profile, sessions, scores, progression and linked pseudonymous analytics. Product analytics use a rolling 90-day retention period by default. Limited security or operational logs may remain temporarily until normal log rotation.

Advertising

Version 1.0.74 includes Unity LevelPlay mediation with ironSource Ads, Unity Ads, and Google AdMob. These providers may process advertising or device identifiers, IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device and app information, ad requests, impressions, clicks, and diagnostics. No interstitial is shown before five matches have been completed. The result transition after match five is eligible, and later result transitions alternate between an ad and no ad. The main menu may contain a medium rectangle advertisement.

The game also displays developer-owned promotions for Rise of Ka. Those images or videos are downloaded from the Ra Wormates server, cached within a fixed limit, and open the Google Play listing when selected. This house promotion does not use an advertising identifier.

Your choices

Before LevelPlay initializes, the game asks whether personalized advertising is allowed. Choosing limited ads sends a no-consent GDPR signal and a do-not-sell/share signal; the game remains playable either way. You can delete your account inside the game from Settings, or use the web deletion form with your recovery code. You can avoid linking Google Play Games. Children

The game is not directed to children under 13. If the intended audience changes, the app and this policy will be updated to meet applicable child-directed and Google Play Families requirements.

Changes

We may update this policy as the game changes. The current version and effective date will always be posted on this page.
